It is located in the industrial heart of Java between Cilegon and Anyer on the Sunda Strait coast, approximately 1.5 hours drive from Jakarta. Phase 1 is bounded by the sea on one side and a low range of hills on the other. For Phase 1, we are offering land totaling 1500 hectares in size, in one location.

The sea frontage has 30 meters deep water less than a 1200 meters offshore. It is the only truly deep water frontage in industrialized Java. The ‘South Ring Road’ is a 40m wide expressway that runs right through the land and connects to the tollway to Jakarta.

The surrounding area is the most industrialized area in West Java due to the deep sea access available. Posco Steel (Korea) is the third largest steel maker in the world and in 2010 entered into a JV with Krakatau Steel (Indonesia) to build a new steel mill of 400 hectares to increase production from 3 million tons to 6 million tons, + 12 kilometers from our location.
